Our world desperately needs churches and ministries to thrive. We need the Gospel to be proclaimed, God to be worshiped, and authentic community to be revived.
With our world changing so rapidly, casting vision, creating a culture, developing strategies, and building teams to make these goals a reality is not easy. That is why John Denny felt called to begin WayFinder. He realized that many churches and ministries do not have the financial resources to pay consultants. So they formed WayFinder as a 501c3 to provide high quality consulting services, so that every church and ministry can thrive!

ABOUT JOHN
John is the Founder and Lead Consultant at WayFinder. At his core John is a problem solver and energizer. He has spent the past 4 years consulting with churches across the country on a variety of topics. He previously spent 22 years as an Executive Pastor for three different churches. His experience and passion is for building strong leadership teams, establishing winning cultures, developing creative plans, and inspiring others to get results.

OUR PROCESS
Our process is quite simple...
We desire to form strong and trusting relationships with the churches and ministries we serve. We spend time together listening to the unique goals and struggles that each of our clients are facing. Then we develop unique and creative paths to reach the desired results. Finally, we provide training and encouragement to implement the plan, make adjustments along the way, and celebrate as God is glorified.
